Yes it seems like only yesterday we were getting up before 5am for our sunrise session. Jamaica is a magical place to get married, and to celebrate anniversaries. Although we didn’t tag along for their anniversary, Kristen and Matthias were able to journey back to their “second home” together. From our family to yours, we wish you a very happy anniversary
Easily the hottest wedding we have photographed in Canada. It was a mere 38 degrees (before the humidity) on August 11, 2018. Thank goodness there was a good breeze so it didn’t feel as hot as it was. The setting was the amazing Melvin farm just outside of Mather Manitoba. This was the third wedding on the yard, which included Carla’s parents getting married just a few feet from the oak tree that Carla and Mike said their vows under. […]
Sometimes to get the shot you want, you need a little help from your friends! Thanks buddy! These rings have seen 65 years of marriage!!!!
It is not every day you get married in 32 degrees! This was a warm day, but everyone was able to keep it together, and big shout out to the guys who looked amazing in their suits even in the heat. The St. Charles Country club was the backdrop to this beautiful wedding. Yes there were tears but they were all tears of joy. When dad saw his daughter for the first time there were not many dry eyes (including […]
Today marks the first anniversary for these two. It was a great party 1 year ago today and these two made it more amazing. Congrats and many more! You can find their original wedding photos here: Sandra & Tayo’s wedding
Destination weddings don’t always involve us travelling. This was a destination wedding but only for the bride and groom! Hayley and Jeremy now live in Nova Scotia but most of their family and friends live in Winnipeg (where they couple grew up). This was one of the first weddings we have done with the ceremony happening before noon, for good cause though as the bride and groom had flights to catch for their Caribbean honeymoon! Sometimes weddings have things go […]
Weddings often re-unite old families and friends that you have not seen in a while. Sometimes, weddings include the same people you have spent most of your Saturdays with since childhood. I think the total number of years of friendship for this groom and his boys was close to 150 years! -And no the groom is not wearing white here, that rule only applies to women 😉
5 years ago these two tied their paths together. So many good stories since then and I am sure more to come!
