The happy family sitting on the grass by the flowers

Kristen & Sam

Well these two, brought a third to the shoot!  Sometimes engagements shoots contain more than just a guy and girl.  This was the case here and was it ever fun.  We were rolling in the grass and climbing trees.  We managed to get some good photos amongst the playing so everyone left happy!

Chris pulling Jennie in tight in the setting sun

Jennie & Chris

Yeah these out of town guests are from close to where I grew up.  Just like me, these two also have pretty busy lives, but managed to find one evening that worked for the both of us.  Chris is a big time ball player so they brought a piece of the ball park to our shoot.  Nothing like walking around in the sketchy part of the exchange with a big ball player and his baseball bat.  We had no fear […]

Becky and Chris on the bridge by the forks

Becky & Chris

St.Boniface is such a beautiful place in the summer.  Add in a young couple in love and it really comes alive.  First time for me crossing the bridge for a shoot and wow, just a great place to go.  Everywhere you turn is another cool place to take photos.  Thanks Becky and Chris for opening my eyes to the Winnipeg gem.  Now lets enjoy some photos!

Kristen and Matthias laying on a blanket in Kilcona Park

Kristen & Matthias and their canoe

Yikes what a great evening I had with these two love birds.  Ideas transitioned to actual photos and no one even took a dip in the water.  We had a lot of fun talking about our destination weddings and lots of laughs were had.  Thanks guys for the great time!  Glad I could help out and carry the canoe with you too.  Helps me feel apart of the team hehe.

Chelsea & Jessie

I love shoots in summer when the light is perfect.  The evening that Chelsea and Jessie came out with us was just one of these nights.  We headed out to Kildonan Park for some photos.  While listening to a play in Rainbow Stage was just icing on the cake!  Thanks for the great evening guys and see you soon!

The couple kissing in the distance by a metal rusty wall

Bri and Dwayne in the park

In from rural Manitoba we had some good fun with these two.  Dodging geese land mines, and air bombing mosquitoes we managed to get some great shots.  All the best goes out to these two as they embark on their new future with each other hand in hand!

Kaylee resting on James' chest

Kaylee & James Engaged

I am not sure what to say?  These two were awesome, and up for anything! Both of these two are big into fitness and you can tell. Both Kathy and I had a lot of laughs with these and I think you can tell. We cruised out to St. Vital park at just the right moment. The sun was perfect and the ducks watched us create some awesome photos! All the the best you two!

Holding hands and walking down the path

Engaged during Sunset with Terry and Geoff

Yes good friends and jokes all around. I can’t count how many times I saw the “devil horns” out. Just Geoff’s style. Hard to get them to stop from laughing and joking around so I just went with it. So worth it!

Pam & Josh and their pups

When we walked up to Kings Park we saw 3 other brides and knew this was going to be a good place to shoot.  Within a few minutes of the shoot, we hit off and were on our way.  The dogs were a ton of energy and loved to run.  We managed to get them to stand still for a few photos luckily.  Thanks for the fun evening Pam and Josh and I look forward to your winter wedding!

Melanie and Beau get photographed where it all started

The weather was perfect and the sun was just right. These two are headed down south for the wedding but first decided to stop at the place it all started to get some photographs. It was lots of fun and I can tell these two are always laughing! All the Best Mel and Beau!
